Practically any form of physical exercise or movement is working on increasing our fitness level, while for some of us more importantly it is decreasing <\/span>stress <\/span><\/a>levels. What better motivation is there to start exercising or to keep going?<\/span><\/p>\n

There\u2019s not much sense in pointing out how stressful our lives are. On the other hand, we need to be reminded over and over how important it is to work on reducing stress because it can be extremely harmful to us<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n

We should be doing anything that helps us in stress elimination and although sometimes it is stressful to think about how to reduce stress, we need to make ourselves a priority.<\/span><\/p>\n
