You might think, “ugh, why bother with all that extra effort?” But let me tell you, the benefits of stretching in the morning are no joke. It might be tough to peel yourself out of bed a little earlier but trust me, it’s worth it. So let’s commit to starting our days like champions and watch how it reflects on the rest of our day. Stretching every morning can be a game-changer<\/strong>. As someone who used to roll out of bed and slog through my morning routine, I never thought I’d be the type to hop out of bed for anything other than caffeine. That’s why I decided to start a 30-day challenge: I’d wake up 15 minutes earlier every morning and stretch for 10 minutes<\/strong>. After some time, I’ve found myself feeling more energized and less achy throughout the day<\/strong>. Plus, it was a great way for me to center myself before diving into whatever tasks lay ahead.<\/span><\/p>\n
