Do I need to charge my FOREO device 24 hours before my first use?

Please charge your device before the first use as they may not be fully charged upon arrival.

I’ve lost my charger. How can I get a new one?
My FOREO device does not work and/or charge. What should I do?

In order to find out where the problem lies, please run through the following actions:
Attempt to charge your FOREO device. If the battery has been completely drained, it may take up to 5 minutes for the LED to begin to pulse, indicating charging is taking place. This is because the charger initially charges with a very low current to protect the battery. If the LED still does not respond after 5 minutes, please check that:

• The DC plug is firmly plugged into the DC socket.
• The main plug is firmly plugged into the wall socket.

If your 3-button FOREO device has apparently completed charging but still does not work, ensure that the travel lock is not on. Hold down the + and – buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds to turn the travel lock off. The LED will light up to confirm unlocking.

Should all above actions fail, your FOREO product may be faulty. Please consult the Warranty and Returns page for full information on how to obtain a replacement.

How do I charge my FOREO device?

Gently insert your USB cable or the cable of your charger into your device’s charging port. When the device is fully charged (after approximately 1 hour) the LED will emit a steady glow.

Will my charger work in different countries if I use an adapter?

The input voltage of our devices starts at 110 V and goes up to 240 V, so you may use it worldwide with the correct adapter.

Can I use other chargers with my FOREO device?

It is important that you only use the advanced switching-charger supplied with your FOREO product. Attempting to use any other charger (including the chargers supplied with other FOREO products) may damage your device’s battery.

How often should I charge my FOREO device?

Battery life varies by product, but generally you should charge your FOREO device only when the LED indicator begins flashing to tell you that the battery is running low.

Can I leave my FOREO device outdoors under the sun?

We do not recommend leaving your FOREO device outdoors under the sun, as this may damage it.

Can I boil my FOREO device?

We do not recommend boiling your FOREO device, as this may damage it. 

How do I clean my FOREO device?

Wash the brush surfaces with soap and water, rinse with clean water and pat dry with a lint-free cloth or towel. We recommend spraying the device with FOREO's Silicone Cleaning Spray and rinsing with warm water afterwards for optimal results. Allow device to air-dry.
