Hi Hang Mai, You can try cleaning your device with our Silicone Cleaning Spray in combination with an old toothbrush and apply force while scrubbing. You can find our Silicone Cleaning Spray under this link => https://www.foreo.com/silicone-cleaning-spray or a mild cleanser.
It is also recommended to keep your device in a dry well-ventilated environment. I don't know if it's your case, but usually, the bathroom is not the best place for keeping your FOREO device. So please clean, dry and store your devices after each use to prevent build-up.
