  1. Put your index and middle fingers together in a closed peace sign
  2. Rest your fingernails over your brows and gently push the skin down

  4. Repeat 10 times

well first of all you would be able to tell if you're muscles are sore, do they hurt? then yes they're sore.
you said you had a "baby face" well depending if they mean your features or you having a chubby face doing facial exercises won't make a difference.
(Unless the baby face comment refers to a chubby face)
you said different people say different things well obviously because everyone has a different perspective. just stick to whatever you feel and love yourself don't listen to other people.
