  • arils from 1 pomegranate
  • 3 cinnamon sticks
  • cinnamon sugar, for the rims of your glasses (optional)

  1. Find yourself a large pitcher and combine all the ingredients, except for the ginger beer. Save a few pieces of pears, oranges, and pomegranate for garnish later.
  2. Place pitcher in the fridge until it’s nice and chilled.
  3. Rim your cocktail glasses with cinnamon sugar.
  4. Pour your sangria over ice. Add the ginger beer before serving to ensure maximum bubbliness.
  5. Garnish with the leftover fruit pieces, and clink away!
