What the fofo?!
LUNA fofo is an enhanced silicone facial massager, with a two-zone cleansing surface for every skin type. Its finer touch-points are ideal for larger areas like the cheeks and forehead, while thicker touch points target oil-prone areas like the T-zone and chin for a deep and precise clean.
Setting LUNA fofo apart are those two gold plates on the device’s reverse side. They’re state-of-the-art skin sensors, engineered to measure hydration levels and real skin age. A sophisticated algorithm then processes this feedback to reveal skin’s vital stats via the FOREO For You app, as well as deliver personalized tips and tricks for optimal skin health.
Based on this information, LUNA fofo automatically creates a customized program of T-Sonic pulsations that syncs directly to your device. What that means is that you’re not just cleaning your face with any skincare routine – LUNA fofo has developed a bespoke approach that’s perfectly optimized for you!

Getting Started
Say Hello to Your Smart Little Beauty Coach!
1. Download the FOREO For You App
- Download the free “FOREO For You” app for Android via Google Play; or for iOS via the App Store and set up your skin profile. The app will invite you to create an account, and ask a series of questions to learn more about your skin.
2. Connect your LUNA fofo to the App
- Hold the “ON” button for 5 seconds until it starts blinking. Then give it a couple of seconds to connect to the app.
3. Analyze Your Skin
- Remove all make-up and wash your face before you analyze your skin. The app will prompt you to analyze each section of your face with two sensors on the back of your LUNA fofo. Afterward, the app will create a personalized skincare routine that is saved on your device. By clicking on the button DONE the app will disconnect from the device, ready to be used. Press the ON button on your LUNA fofo and start with the cleanse. You don’t have to use the app to clean your skin!
4. Cleanse Your Face
- Lightly dampen your face and apply cleanser to the skin or directly to the LUNA fofo. Use the LUNA fofo in circular motions and vibration will prompt you to move to the next section of your face. It automatically turns off when the routine is complete!
5. Update Personal Routine
- Most of you will see an immediate difference to the look and feel of your skin within a few days. Please repeat Analyze to update your cleansing routine every two weeks. We recommend you cleanse your face twice daily!

I just received my FOREO Luna in the summer 2018 FFF box. I absolutely love it!! But I tried to do the “analyze” feature on the app and it wants me to put the sensors on my right cheek, but nothing happens st all.

I received my Foreo FoFo with my FFF Summer Box. The batteries definitely did not last 400 washes as stated above. It’s a shame that the device is not rechargeable like my last Foreo. The fact that is barely lasts one month of washes means I will be spending more on batteries than the value of the device. It is also very inconvenient to have to unscrew those tiny screws to replace batteries and secure again. Also, when I unscrewed to replace the batteries it seems the top wasn’t secured because there was water inside the battery compartment.
This is a good first run of the product, but definitely needs improvements.

To revel the code, please just scratch the grey strip in the middle of the magnet :) With this code you can register your device and receive a special discount. Just go to: http://www.foreo.com/support, enter your code and email address which you used to create your Foreo account. The device will be automatically registered in your Foreo account and you will receive the discount code for your next purchase :)
After I have registered my device, can that little extra pad be thrown out?
Humm… seems a bit too much just for a scratch code. Not very environment friendly of Foreo.

Alternatively, you can keep it as a little “holding station” for your Fofo – be as creative as you wish with it! :)

My FOREO stopped working. It worked once. It says it’s connected in the app, but does nothing and it vibrated today for about 5 seconds for no discernible reason. What is going on? I can’t find a reset option.

I like the fofo for cleaning my face, because it works better than my hands or a washcloth. That said, the app is kind of a joke. The analyze function determined my skin to be “37”years old, which I think is funny. I am 37, but I have great skin and look about 10 years younger than I am. I have zero wrinkles, good hydration, even tone, elasticity, etc. I suspect that the first time analyzing tells you your current age, and then over time with using the fofo it will “improve” so you attribute that to the device. Phony! Like I said, I still love the device, but stop with the gimmicks already.

The app is still a beta version and is being updated regularly with all the small (and bigger) bugs and issues solved with every new update :)
I received mine in my fun fab fit box and only got to use it for a week. I worked really well and I loved the results to my skim. Unfortunately it only worked for a week I’m not sure if it’s the batteries since it’s supposed to last a 400 uses.

I’m so excited to receive my Foreo Fofo in the FFF box!! I got everything to work through the app and was playing around with it. I do have a question what does the UFO controls mean? It says heat, cool, pulsations? What do I do with these settings?
Hello Steph! FOREO App is developed for our two devices: UFO and Luna FOFO. UFO controls can be used only if you pair UFO with the app.
I was super excited to receive my fofo from my fab fit fun box, however a couple days after using it for the first time it stopped working. I unscrewed the fofo just to find out the batteries exploded insie of the device! And on top of that when opening the fofo’s battery port the bottom part cracked so I could not close the port back up properly, which is dangerous when using batteries of course. I went to see if I could do a warrenty claim, and I guess I can’t? I wasn’t sure how to go about it. But I’m pretty disappointed to say the least because I really loved this device

I was pretty excited to receive this in my FFF Box (actually, it was one of the reasons I signed up for the box). I still cannot get it to analyze my face past my forehead, so it’s never worked (I have deleted and reinstalled the app more than a few times). And since the last number of comments are talking about the batteries getting wet and/or EXPLODING (to which you asked if she still couldn’t turn it on- really?) I guess I’ll count my blessings that it hasn’t worked.

Foreo for you is available in the app store for ios 11 and later. If you are using an iPad, you need to choose “iPhone only” in the filters and the app will show :)
The scratch card is used for registration, after which you can keep it as a cool fridge magnet :)
I received my FFF box last week and right away my teenage daughter was exclaiming with excitement! She had seen a lot of great reviews for FOREO. Let me tell you, they were so right!!! It gently massages while deep cleaning your skin. Stubborn blackheads we both had on our nose even vanished. Also my 14 son, has terrible acne and we have tried everything including harsh prescriptions. The FOREO is the first thing that has ever showed any results!
So my question is since we all use this little miracles can it be sanitized with bleach? Lastly I want to thank you because for the first time in 38 years my skin is completely clear and soft, with most of my scars gone to boot. With love from m Texas!

We recommend spraying the device with FOREO’s Silicone Spray and rinsing with warm water afterwards for optimal results. Unfortunately, we do not recommend sanitising the device with bleach, as it may damage the Luna FOFO soft silicone touch-points.
