What the fofo?!
LUNA fofo is an enhanced silicone facial massager, with a two-zone cleansing surface for every skin type. Its finer touch-points are ideal for larger areas like the cheeks and forehead, while thicker touch points target oil-prone areas like the T-zone and chin for a deep and precise clean.
Setting LUNA fofo apart are those two gold plates on the device’s reverse side. They’re state-of-the-art skin sensors, engineered to measure hydration levels and real skin age. A sophisticated algorithm then processes this feedback to reveal skin’s vital stats via the FOREO For You app, as well as deliver personalized tips and tricks for optimal skin health.
Based on this information, LUNA fofo automatically creates a customized program of T-Sonic pulsations that syncs directly to your device. What that means is that you’re not just cleaning your face with any skincare routine – LUNA fofo has developed a bespoke approach that’s perfectly optimized for you!

Getting Started
Say Hello to Your Smart Little Beauty Coach!
1. Download the FOREO For You App
- Download the free “FOREO For You” app for Android via Google Play; or for iOS via the App Store and set up your skin profile. The app will invite you to create an account, and ask a series of questions to learn more about your skin.
2. Connect your LUNA fofo to the App
- Hold the “ON” button for 5 seconds until it starts blinking. Then give it a couple of seconds to connect to the app.
3. Analyze Your Skin
- Remove all make-up and wash your face before you analyze your skin. The app will prompt you to analyze each section of your face with two sensors on the back of your LUNA fofo. Afterward, the app will create a personalized skincare routine that is saved on your device. By clicking on the button DONE the app will disconnect from the device, ready to be used. Press the ON button on your LUNA fofo and start with the cleanse. You don’t have to use the app to clean your skin!
4. Cleanse Your Face
- Lightly dampen your face and apply cleanser to the skin or directly to the LUNA fofo. Use the LUNA fofo in circular motions and vibration will prompt you to move to the next section of your face. It automatically turns off when the routine is complete!
5. Update Personal Routine
- Most of you will see an immediate difference to the look and feel of your skin within a few days. Please repeat Analyze to update your cleansing routine every two weeks. We recommend you cleanse your face twice daily!

I love that you can replace the batteries! How many uses before it is recommended that you replace the actual fofo? Or can it be used indefinitely as long as you keep replacing the batteries?
Hi! You can use it for as long as you like! Just replace the batteries when the old ones run out and continue using and enjoying your Fofo :)
I got this in my FFF box and so far I don’t get the hype. I can’t cleanse my face with only 4 10-second (max) cycles and I barely even feel the pulses. I end up using three full cycles to cleanse and, even then, meh. My friend’s stays on for 3 minutes and she says it’s powerful, which makes me think I’m doing something wrong. Are there instructions I can use that aren’t going to waste my batteries or my time any further? I get the thing was free but it seems like you would want us to tell our friends to buy one of their own.

The cleansing cycles of LUNA Fofo are completely personalised according to your skin analysis – the Fofo remembers your last skin analysis and provides a perfect cleanse according to the results you got. Every cleansing cycle lasts for one minute – but the Fofo continues to work for an additional two minutes (3 in total) at which point it turns off to prevent overuse. We are sorry to hear you are not satisfied with the results, but please know that we would recommend using the device for a longer period of time (a few months) for best results! :)
Got a fofo model in my fit fab fun box. When subscribing to the box it tells you your going to receive a rechargeable version. Shortly after my order i found it it’s not rechargeable and it takes triple a batteries. Given that fact that it was cheaper than in the store i was still excited even if i had to replace the batteries. I had previously received a Luna for a Christmas gift and was so excited to get it in my box. Once it came this model only lasted two weeks when it’s suppose to work for 400washes! The one i got for a gift was only suppose to be good for about 50 washes and lasted longer. Super disappointed.

I downloaded the app the dots flash but nothing happens and how do you anylize your face with the two metal dots on the back of the fofo
Hi, Say! The two metal eyes on the back of the Fofo are actually skin sensors which read your skin when you press them to a certain part of your face. The app guides you through the process. If you are having issues with connecting, please try turning off your bluetooth, turning it on again, uninstalling the app, installing the latest version and restarting the phone. My app is acting strange. It’ll prompt me through the set up process then to wash my face and click done but when I do that, it goes back to the connect screen and I can’t go from there. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app and same issue keeps accoring!

OMG! I just used my Foreo from FunfitFab for the first time. I am 45 years old and no matter what scrubber & cleanser I have ever invested in my face has never felt like this after scrubbing it. I’m hooked for life!

I got my FoFo in a FFF Summer box and just tried it out. I was successful in downloading/pairing and running the first skin test and the FoFo then ran a cleaning cycle – so far so good. My question is: why must Location be enabled on my phone in order for the FoFo to pair??? Why not just Bluetooth alone?

I have been using my Luna fofo for 2 months now and my face looks the worst it ever has. The first few days of using it my face looked great but eventually my face started to break out horribly. I thought maybe it was bringing up all the deep down gunk but it has only gotten worst as I’ve continued to use it. I have not changed any other part of my routine, only added the Luna fofo. Has anyone else had this issue?
