How to Use FAQ™ 202 Anti-Aging LED Face Mask?

Simple to Use

To use the FAQ™ 202 Silicone LED Mask (as well as the entry-level FAQ™ 201 and the advanced FAQ™ 202 plus), you must first unlock it. You can do this automatically by registering your device via the FAQ™ Swiss app for the first time.

STEP 1

Start with a clean and dry face, and apply your FAQ™ primer, if desired or put on your  FAQ™ Glass Skin Collagen Face Mask. Then place your FAQ™ 202 Silicone LED Face Mask over your face and secure it in place with the headband.   

STEP 2

Press the universal button to turn on your mask. You can change the LED colors by quickly pressing the button again. You can access more settings and pre-programmed treatments via the FAQ™ Swiss app. A model pressing the button on FAQ 202 face mask to turn it on  

STEP 3

Enjoy your LED facial treatment for up to 15 mins while you continue with your day – for multitasking at its best. Once finished, press the universal button for 3 seconds to turn off your mask.

  Recommended use is 5-15 minutes, 3-5 times weekly. Caution: Do not pull the headband too tight, or you may damage the silicone mask.

Cleaning Your FAQ™ 202

Always clean your FAQ™ 202 Silicone LED Mask thoroughly after use. We recommend spraying the mask with FAQ™ Silicone Cleaning Spray for optimal results. Then, wet a lint-free cloth or towel with warm water and thoroughly wipe off all remaining residue. NOTE: Never use cleaning products containing alcohol, petrol, or acetone, as they may irritate the skin and damage the silicone.  

Charging & Storage

Your FAQ™ 202 Silicone LED Face Mask lasts for up to 2 hours on a full 2-hour charge. If the battery is running low, your mask will blink three times and then turn off. The box your FAQ™ Silicone LED Face Mask comes in can convert into a display case for when you’re not using the mask by propping up the inner base of the box. Not only does it showcase your mask beautifully, but it also allows easy charging. Simply ensure the charging port on the diamond is aligned with the hole in the face mold display. Then, plug in the USB charging cable from the back.

Hello Sam,

Thank you for your message!

To connect your mask to the app, you only need to turn the mask on once—there is no need to hold the power button continuously. If you keep holding it, the device may turn off, which is why you’re seeing that behaviour.

Once the mask is switched on, simply open the app and follow the pairing instructions.

If it still doesn’t connect, make sure the device is charged and Bluetooth is enabled on your phone.

I received my FOREO faq 202 today but it is not working properly it is only a blue light. I have followed instructions but to no avail. Please could you tell me how I can send it back for refund. So disappointed.
