The Brow-Raiser
If you want: Lifted brows
Perform this facial exercise regularly to keep your brows up where they belong:
- Put your index and middle fingers together in a closed peace sign
- Rest your fingernails over your brows and gently push the skin down
- Lift your brows up and down, while creating resistance with the weight of your fingernails
- Repeat 10 times
- Complete 6 sets

- Place your fingers over each cheekbone
- Gently lift the skin until taut

Just started these exercises a month ago my face is sore but I love the results!. But will you regain the face fat again if you stop for a little while?

I just started the exercises and I’m 14 and I don’t know if my face muscles are sore or not. Also I started looking for ways to get a better face because people said I have a baby face. But others say that I am handsome so should I keep doing this?

well first of all you would be able to tell if you’re muscles are sore, do they hurt? then yes they’re sore.
you said you had a “baby face” well depending if they mean your features or you having a chubby face doing facial exercises won’t make a difference.

I heard all those facial movements can cause more lines in the forehead and mouth area, is this true or false ? And can you back up your answer?
