Glow & Brighten Mango Kale Smoothie

Filled with leafy greens and antioxidants such as vitamin A and vitamin C, this blend of fresh fruit and veggies is the perfect way to give your skin a luminous complexion. Ingredients:
  • 1¼ cup chopped kale leaves (stems and rib removed)
  • 1¼ cup frozen cubed mango
  • 2 med ribs celery, chopped
  • 1 cup chilled fresh orange juice
  • ¼ cup chopped flat-leaf parsley
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh mint
SERVINGS: 2 DIRECTIONS: Combine all ingredients in blender. Puree until smooth.  

Age-Defying Lemon-Thyme Blueberry Smoothie

Packed with nutrients and antioxidants that help fight off wrinkle-producing free radicals, this sweet, zesty smoothie is your skin’s new best friend. Ingredients:
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon zest
  • 1/8 teaspoon fresh thyme, minced
  • 1 Tablespoon honey
  • 1 Tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
SERVINGS: 2 DIRECTIONS: Combine all ingredients in blender. Puree until smooth.    

Holy Hydration Grapefruit Smoothie

Combining a range of moisture-rich foods such as cucumber, grapefruit and spinach this hydration-packed smoothie is the best way to quench your skin’s thirst.
  • 12 ounces Coconut Water, Or filtered water
  • 1 large Pink Grapefruit, Peeled
  • 1 Lime, Peeled
  • 1 cup Pineapple, Fresh or canned in juice
  • 1/2 English cucumber
  • 1 piece Fresh Ginger or 1/2 teaspoon dried ginger
  • 2 handfuls Spinach
  • 1 tablespoon Organic Agave Nectar
  • 1/2 Frozen Banana
  • 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
  • 1 1/2 cups Ice Cubes
SERVINGS: 1 DIRECTIONS: Combine all ingredients in blender. Puree until smooth.
