Terms and Conditions for FAQ™ Pure Subscription Service

 

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the FAQ™ Pure subscription service ("Service") offered by FAQ Europe d.o.o. ("we," "us," or "our").

By subscribing to the Service, you ("Subscriber" or "you") agree to abide by these terms. Please read this Agreement carefully before subscribing to the Service.

Only individuals who are fully legally competent may become subscribers.

We are not obliged to accept new subscribers.

Subscription is non-transferable.

 

  1. Subscription Overview

    1.1.  The Service provides regular delivery of FAQ™ Pure, a premium beauty-tech supplement designed to support your overall wellness through a comprehensive blend of 85 scientifically selected ingredients.

    1.2. The subscription includes automated billing and delivery.

     

  2. Subscription and Eligibility

    2.1.  We offer a monthly subscription plan with recurring monthly payments.

    2.2. The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. The Service is only available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.

    2.3. By subscribing, you confirm that you have read and understood the health and safety information in Section 4 and are not in any excluded category (pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18, or on anticoagulant medications).

    2.4. I represent that I am a U.S. resident purchasing these products for personal use and not for resale or commercial distribution.

     

  3. Subscription Fees and Billing

    3.1. You agree to pay the subscription fee. By enrolling in this Subscription Service, you authorize recurring charges at a chosen interval until you cancel.

    3.2. Payment for the Service will be automatically billed to the payment method you provided during the subscription process.

    3.3. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect after the current billing cycle ends. No refunds or pro-rated reimbursements will be provided for unused portions of a billing cycle.

    3.4. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by sending a clear statement (email to customercare@foreo.com or https://www.foreo.com/support/contact with order number and date) within 14 days.

    • Product must be unopened and in original condition.

       

    3.5. This section is included in compliance with U.S. automatic renewal laws, including California’s Automatic Renewal Law (“ARL”).

    3.6. If payment fails, we will notify you and attempt a recharge cycle. If payment cannot be collected within 14 days, your subscription will expire.

    3.7. All subscription payments are processed by Recurly using Adyen as a payment processor. Your credit card information is securely stored as a token by Adyen and is used solely for recurring billing. We do not store your full credit card details. By subscribing, you authorize Recurly and Adyen to automatically charge your payment method for the subscription period. For more information, please see Adyen Terms and Recurly Terms.

    3.8. We may change subscription pricing for any reason by providing advance notice via email at least thirty (30) days prior to any change taking effect.

  4. Health and Safety Information

    4.1.  Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the indicated daily intake.

    4.2. Keep out of reach of children. Not suitable for children and adolescents under 18 years, pregnant or breastfeeding women.

    4.3. Please inform and consult your doctor before consuming this product, especially if you are pregnant or nursing, anticipating surgery, taking any medications, or have a known history of medical conditions or illnesses. Please discontinue use of this product and consult a physician if you experience any adverse reaction to the same.

    4.4. Persons taking anticoagulant medication should seek medical advice before consuming vitamin K-containing supplements. Refrain from taking other food supplements containing overlapping ingredients without consulting a healthcare professional.

    4.5. The statements made about the products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration ("FDA") or equivalent regulatory bodies. FAQ™ Pure is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

    4.6. Do not use if safety seal is broken. Store as directed on packaging..

     

  5. Delivery

    5.1.  Delivery takes place after receipt of payment.

    5.2. Delivery will be made to the address registered in your customer account. You can modify your delivery address by contacting customer service.

    5.3. If delivery is not possible, we will inform you immediately and refund any payment received.

    5.4. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the product to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events beyond our control.

     

  6. Product Representations

    6.1.  FAQ™ Pure is a continually evolving formulation, and we reserve the right to modify ingredients, specifications, or packaging to improve quality and safety without prior notice.

    6.2. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that product descriptions or ingredient lists are error-free. If there is a discrepancy, your remedy is to return the product in accordance with Section 3.

     

  7. Data protection

    7.1.  We process your personal data (name, address, email, payment information) and health-related information (age confirmation, medical conditions you disclose) in accordance with EU Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), California’s Consumer Privacy Act, and Croatian Law on the Protection of Personal Data.

    Your data is processed for:

    • Subscription delivery and billing

    • Customer service and support

    • Compliance with legal obligations

    • Marketing (only with your consent)

       

    7.2. You have the right to access, rectify, delete, or port your data at any time.

     

  8. Modifications and Termination

    8.1. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Service or any part of it at any time without prior notice. As stated above, we will alert you at least thirty (30) days prior to any price change relating to the Services.

    8.2. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting customer service or through your customer account.

    8.3. FAQ Europe d.o.o. will not be responsible for any loss, damage, costs, expenses, or other claims resulting from the cancellation, suspension, or termination of the Service.

     

  9. Liability and Indemnity

    9.1. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the current subscription month.

    9.2. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from supplement use. Always consult healthcare professionals regarding health outcomes.

     

  10. Governing Law

    10.1. This Agreement is governed by Croatian law and disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Zagreb, Croatia.

     

  11. Miscellaneous

    11.1. All trademarks, product names, packaging, and content are owned by us or our licensors. No rights are granted except to use the product as intended.

    11.2. All products are provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee health results.

    11.3. You waive the right to participate in class action suits.
