Breaking the boundaries
Once upon a time, there was LUNATM, a device ready to kick us out of our comfort zones and bring in a new way of caring for our skin. Hesitant at first, we’ve accepted it, fell in love with it, and quickly absorbed it into our daily rituals. But the world of beauty’s got an ugly background - often hiding behind walls of filters.
Determined to bring this topic to the surface, we’ve decided that our next generation of LUNATMs needs to bring in the one thing we were always good at - change. Introducing it in form of NFTs for the first time ever, join us as in this new, improved, and anything but a conventional launch of the LUNATM 4 collection.
Globally, depressive disorders are ranked as the single largest contributor to non-fatal health loss. There are a number of skin conditions that are associated with mental health and while the beauty industry has gained notoriety for promoting unrealistic standards of beauty, there is an awakening in the rise of a new type of beauty. As a brand already used to introducing new approaches to century-old practices, launching a product as an NFT before the conventional launch felt like a natural next step in our usual outside-the-box-thinking way - especially when we learned that meant we could use our influence to help an important cause.
Bigger than skincare
Each LUNATM in our range comes with its own purpose, plumped up and ready to turn your skin into its best version yet. That’s why we felt creating a number of various NFTs would be the best approach to helping as many different charities as we can - one donation at a time.
With 5 different NFTs representing one of our latest products within the LUNATM 4 range, each will be available in 50 variants, granting the consumers exclusive access to a limited edition of 250 NFTs.
Mariam's special NFT
On top of that, we are releasing one special edition NFT to be sold at auction. The artist signing the most wanted piece of the entire LUNATM collection is Mariam, a talented female NFT designer rapidly gaining popularity and recognition in a male-dominated NFT scene.
Helping a greater cause
Starting with September 9th and ending on September 30th, the entire profit from selling the NFTs using Solana as our platform will be directly donated to charities helping people who struggle with mental health and various skin conditions. This includes the money from the auction as well as all the royalties generated from the NFT trade, solidifying further the brand's long-term commitment to destigmatizing mental health issues and creating a self-sustainable healthy community.
Meet the charities

A big launch asks for a bigger party
Our NFT is going to be our new-Tech way of donating to a good cause and promoting the launch of the next generation of our flagship product. Since we are expanding our horizons, why not go all the way? The LUNATM 4 launch is happening in our virtual space in the Metaverse, therefore becoming the first skincare brand to ever launch a new product in virtual reality.

All your FAQ's, answered
What is an NFT?
NFTs are non-fungible digital assets. This means that each NFT is unique and impossible to replicate.
To put this in simple terms, a piece of art like a painting or a sculpture is non-fungible because if you replace Piccasso’s painting with another artist’s it’s not worth nearly as much. However, apples or oranges are fungible because you can take a crate of apples and replace any one of them with a different apple and the crate is still worth the same.
What are NFTs used for & what makes them valuable?
NFTs have a wide variety of uses. They can be used simply to ensure the certificate of ownership for specific digital art pieces, as well as verification, donations, trading, and much more. What makes them valuable is subjective, lifetime concert tickets are quite valuable if you like the band, not as much if you do not. However, the price is determined simply by demand.
Are NFTs just pictures?
NFTs are far from just pictures. They are a wide variety of digital assets with special/unique properties. The images that we see are not the NFTs themselves, they are just a visual representation of the asset.
Are NFTs authentic & can they be copied?
NFTs are unique and impossible to copy. It is always possible to find a different NFT with the same image but the originality of the digital asset is ensured by blockchain technology. This means that there are no 2 NFTs that are exactly the same, hence the name non-fungible token.
How to buy an NFT?
Buying an NFT is a simple process. All you have to do is follow these steps:
- Create a crypto wallet like Phantom, Metamask, or similar.
- Purchase the cryptocurrency that you want to spend on NFTs like Solana or Ethereum.
- Go to an NFT marketplace like Opensea.
- Find an NFT that you like and buy it.
