Access to foreo.com is open to the general public and is free of charge, provided you do not choose to make use of our online shop. Your access to this website may be suspended or terminated at any time.
Before using the FOREO website or purchasing any goods online, you should carefully review all the legal information governing your access. By using this website, you agree to comply with these terms, including the privacy policy, and, when you make an online purchase, the purchase info. We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion.

PAYMENT

FOREO accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases:
For delivery to European Union countries:
Visa, Mastercard / Eurocard
For delivery outside the European Union:
Major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diner’s Club, Discovery.

To safeguard your security, FOREO does not store any credit card details. If you are uncomfortable with providing your credit card details online, please fill in the Help Desk form and we will offer an alternative payment method.

Online purchases will be charged to your credit card when you submit your order. However, the transaction will only be put through once we have verified your card details, received credit authorization and confirmed the availability of stock. You will be notified by email if for any reason we are unable to complete your order.

As soon as your purchase has been verified, an order confirmation will be emailed to you.

CUSTOMS & DUTY

Please be aware that orders made outside the EU, Australia or the USA may be subject to additional import tax and duty once the order reaches its designated country. As FOREO has no control over these charges, you must bear the cost of any additional import taxes and duty fees.

SALES TAX (VAT OR GST)

Prices on foreo.com include VAT or GST for all deliveries to the USA, EU countries and Australia. For shipments to other countries,the customer is responsible for the payment of any eventual VAT or GST as required by each country’s regulations.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

An order confirmation will be emailed to you once your purchase has been verified. With this confirmation you will find an order number. You can track the status of your order by logging in to your account.

If you have any questions about the delivery of your purchase or need help tracking it, please fill in the Help Desk form, choosing the appropriate inquiry type and quoting your order number.

SHIPPING TIME

Delivery will generally take 3 to 5 working days, depending on location. You can always check the status of your order by logging in to your account.

SHIPPING METHOD

FOREO uses DHL/UPS and USPS for most deliveries.
Please note that we cannot ship to certain countries for legal reasons. If delivery problems arise, we will contact you by email or telephone. Customers from certain countries may be held responsible for customs or other fees upon your shipment’s arrival, except in the USA, European Union and Australia.
Regrettably, we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.
