ALL PRODUCTS can be registered in one place

Your FOREO device packaging contains a Magnetic Scratch Card with a unique serial number on it.

HOW DO I REGISTER MY PRODUCT?

FOLLOW THESE SIMPLE STEPS:

Log in/sign up to your FOREO account https://www.foreo.com/support

*All FOREO products, except UFO™, BEAR™ and LUNA™ 3 range, can be registered through the support page. UFO™, BEAR™ and LUNA™ 3 range will be automatically registered through the FOREO for You App during your first device-to-app connection. Please download FOREO for You App to register (iOS, Android).

Input your Magnetic Scratch Card Number and date of purchase to complete your product registration.

*If you purchased a gift set that includes more than one device, you need to register each device one by one.

Select the Warranty Claim tab in your user profile to view all your registered products in one place.

4.

After registering your product, you will receive an email with all your registration details.

HOW DO I CLAIM MY PRODUCT?

FOLLOW THESE SIMPLE STEPS:

Log in/sign up to your FOREO account https://www.foreo.com/support

2.

Select the Warranty Claim tab in your user profile to view all your registered products in one place.

3.

Select the product you want to claim, click the "MAKE A CLAIM" button and fill out the warranty claim form. Ensure ALL fields are completed or your warranty claim cannot be processed.

*Please note that warranty cannot be claimed for products that are NOT ELIGIBLE for warranty (LUNA™ fofo/LUNA™ play smart/LUNA™ play smart 2, LUNA™ play, LUNA™ play plus, ISSA™ play).

4.

After you complete your warranty claim, you’ll receive an email with your claim number. Our Customer Care team will then contact you within two (2) business days with further instructions. You can also check your warranty claim status in your FOREO account.
