PRODUCT REGISTRATION

ALL PRODUCT can be registered in one place

Your FOREO package either contains a SCRATCH CARD magnet or an AUTHENTICITY CARD with unique serial numbers.

1. PRODUCTS with SCRATCH CARD magnet in your FOREO package.

2. PRODUCTS with AUTHENTICITY CARD (without SCRATCH CARD magnet in your FOREO package).

HOW DO I REGISTER MY PRODUCT?

FOLLOW THESE SIMPLE STEPS:

Log in/sign up to your FOREO account https://www.foreo.com/support

*All FOREO products can be registered through Support page, except UFO devices. UFO and UFO mini will be automatically registered through the FOREO FOR YOU APP with first device-to-app connection. Please download FOREO FOR YOU APP (iOS, Android).

2.

Input your SCRATCH CARD magnet number or SERIAL NUMBER from your authenticity card and date of purchase and you’ll be able to complete your PRODUCT REGISTRATION and activate your SCRATCH CARD CODE (if you have one).

*If you have a Giftset with more than one device, you can register all devices, one by one.

In your USER PROFILE you can see all your REGISTERED PRODUCTS under the WARRANTY CLAIM tab.

After registration, you’ll receive a special email with all registration details.

HOW DO I CLAIM MY PRODUCT?

FOLLOW THESE SIMPLE STEPS:

Log in/sign up to your FOREO account https://www.foreo.com/support

Select the product you want to claim, click "MAKE A CLAIM" button and fill out the Warranty claim form. Ensure ALL fields are completed, otherwise your Warranty claim cannot be processed.

*Please note that warranty cannot be claimed for products that are NOT ELIGIBLE for warranty (LUNA fofo/LUNA play smart, LUNA play, LUNA play plus, ISSA play).

4.

After you fulfill your Warranty claim form, you’ll receive a special email with your claim number. Our Customer Care will then contact you within two (2) business days max with further instructions. You can also check your Warranty claim status under your FOREO account.
